When you send a request or call, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. There are no staff profiles to browse here. The business that does the work is the one you will speak with, and that is the one that gives you a quote.

What the Provider May Ask

A lot of people think a quote needs a site visit first. Often a provider starts with a few simple questions. Be ready to share:

• Where the floor is: garage, basement, porch or patio
• Rough size of the space
• Any cracks, stains, old paint or past coatings
• Signs of moisture, like damp patches or a sump pump nearby
• Days when you need the space kept clear, such as school runs or work shifts

Questions to Put to a Provider

Prep decides everything, so start there. Then cover the basics:

• How will you prep the concrete, and how do you handle cracks?
• Which coating do you suggest for my space, and why?
• How long before I can walk on it, and before the car can go back in?
• How will the work be planned around my family's routine?
• Can I have the quote in writing, with what is included?
• Are you licensed and insured where required?
• What upkeep do you suggest afterward?

The Decision Is Yours

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. Compare more than one quote if you like. Costs vary by size, floor condition and coating type, so a written quote is the surest way to know the real number for your home.
