Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information Aidssurprised Floor Coating ("we", "us") gathers through aidssurprised.garden, through calls to the phone number shown on the site, and through the site's forms. It also explains how we use that information. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Information You Give Us

If you call or send a form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, location and details about your floor coating project.

Information Collected Automatically

Your browser and device send us some data as you move around the site. This can include your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Calls to the number on this site may be logged and sometimes recorded for quality checks and billing.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to:

• Connect you with an independent floor coating provider near you
• Pass your request details to that provider so they can follow up
• Answer your questions and emails
• Learn how people use the site and the phone lines
• Improve the site and the service
• Follow the law and guard against fraud

Who Receives Your Information

We are a referral service. So we share your contact and project details with one or more independent providers or marketing partners, and they use those details to reach you. These are separate businesses. Each has its own privacy practices.

We also use vendors that help run the site and phone lines, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking companies. They may handle some data on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. In some places, sharing data with marketing partners can legally count as a "sale" or "share." If that applies where you live, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email contact@aidssurprised.garden. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Protecting Your Data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, though, so we cannot promise complete protection. We keep data only as long as the purposes above need it or the law requires it.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when the current version was written.
