Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use aidssurprised.garden and the referral service Aidssurprised Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Offer

Aidssurprised Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or fix concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers we connect you with are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about whether they are available, when they can come, or how the work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Your Use of the Site

Please share accurate details, use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt it or try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. If you want the contact to stop, email contact@aidssurprised.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Aidssurprised Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aidssurprised Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is provided "as is," without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
